Ingredients

  • 12 ounce can corn
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 jalapeno diced (seeds and ribs removed for less heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve cold.

Notes

  • You can use canned or fresh corn for this recipe.
