Smoked Peaches on the Traeger

These Smoked Peaches on the Traeger are the ultimate summer dessert with a fusion of smoke and natural sweetness of ripe peaches.

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches ripe but firm
  • 1/4 cup (55 g) brown sugar

Instructions

  • Start the Traeger on smoke. Set the smoker to 225° F and wait until it comes up to temperature.
  • In the meantime wash the peaches, cut in half, and remove the pits.
  • Place the peaches cut side down on the grate and smoke for 30 minutes. Turn over, sprinkle with brown sugar and continue to smoke for another 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the Traeger and cool. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon.
