Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisking until smooth. You can prepare it up to 2 days in advance and refrigerate.
Combine all blackened seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined. Unless using immediately, transfer to a sealed container until ready to use.
Coat the chicken pieces in olive oil and blackened seasoning.
Heat a skillet to medium high and add the remaining olive oil.
Once the pan is hot, add the chicken tenders and cook for 3 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Transfer to a wire rack.
Mix together melted butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Turn the oven to broil. Toast the undersides of the split slider buns until they are golden brown. Remove bottom buns and set aside. Flip the top buns right side up and spread the tops with the melted butter mixture. Place top buns back under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
Top each slider roll with a piece of chicken, some lettuce, Alabama white sauce, and pickles.
