This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is the kind of easy meal you’ll come back to again and again. It’s got everything you love about a classic Caesar salad, with tender pasta and hearty chicken tossed in to make it a full, satisfying dish.

It’s perfect for lunches, quick dinners, or even meal prep for the week. The creamy homemade dressing pulls everything together, and the mix of crunchy croutons, crisp romaine, and savory Parmesan keeps every bite interesting.
Helpful Tips
- Cook and cool the pasta properly: Rinse the pasta under cold water after cooking to stop the cooking process and keep it from getting mushy.
- Add croutons just before serving: This keeps them crisp and prevents them from getting soggy in the dressing.
- Adjust the dressing consistency: If the dressing feels too thick, add a teaspoon or two of water until it coats the salad easily.
