Helpful Tips

  • Get the Perfect Char: To achieve those beautiful grill marks and a nice smoky flavor, make sure your grill is preheated to medium-high heat before adding the zucchini. Leave the slices undisturbed for a few minutes before flipping to allow them to develop that perfect char.
  • Choose the Right Zucchini: Smaller zucchini tends to be more tender and less watery, making them ideal for grilling. Look for zucchini that are firm, with smooth skin. If they’re on the larger side, consider slicing them lengthwise into thinner pieces for even cooking.
  • Control the Heat with Chili Crunch: Chili crunch can vary in spiciness, so start with a small amount and add more as needed to suit your taste. If you’re serving this dish to a crowd with different spice preferences, consider serving the chili crunch on the side, allowing everyone to customize their own heat level.
